When do I pay?

Nothing is charged on this website. Payment terms are agreed with the family when they confirm your dates, or handled by Booking.com if you book there.

What is the cancellation policy?

For direct bookings: free cancellation up to one month before check-in; within one month of arrival, the full amount is charged. Bookings made on Booking.com follow the terms shown on the listing. Terms are always given in writing before you commit.

How do I get to Patmos?

By ferry — via Piraeus, or by flying to Kos, Samos or Leros and connecting by boat. All ferries arrive at Skala.

Can the family meet us at the port?

In Skala, no. In Grikos, tavernas and a minimarket are walkable, but a car or scooter opens up the island. Taxis and buses run from Skala.

Villa En Plo — it is on the beachfront in Grikos, with the terrace a few steps (the owners say about two metres) from the water. En Plo Above sits just above it.
