Eirinaki House
A traditional Patmian home in the heart of Skala — two terraces, one for sun and one for shade.
A house in the middle of things
Eirinaki House sits in the heart of Skala, about 400 metres from the port. Step out of the door and you are among the cafés, bakeries and food shops of the island's main town; step back in and the house is calm, light and unmistakably Patmian.
Across roughly 70 square metres there is one bedroom, a spacious living room with sofa beds, a kitchenette, one bathroom and — the house's quiet luxury — two terraces facing different directions, so there is always one in the sun and one in the shade. Air conditioning, private parking, and pets welcome. It suits couples, small families and small groups of up to about four.
