The house at the water
En Plo means “under sail.” From the terrace, the name makes sense: the water begins where the house ends — the owners put it at about two metres. Mornings start with a swim from the private beach area; days pass between the shaded dining table and Grikos Bay; evenings end with tavernas a short walk along the shore.
Inside, the villa is a straightforward family home: two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom across roughly 85 square metres, with air conditioning and a washing machine. It suits couples and families of up to four who want calm, sea and time — not nightlife.

Getting here
Grikos is a small bay on the south-east coast of Patmos, about five minutes by car from Skala port. Waterfront tavernas and a minimarket are within walking distance; Petra Beach is a short walk along the coast. The family can arrange a port pickup — mention your ferry when you enquire.
