Booking Terms

Direct bookings. A booking is confirmed when the family confirms your dates in writing and the deposit — usually the value of one night's stay — is received. Local taxes, including the Greek climate resilience fee, are included in the rate.

Bookings via Booking.com. Governed by Booking.com's terms and the conditions shown on the listing at the time of booking.

Cancellation. Direct bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to one month before check-in; cancellations within one month of arrival are charged in full. Terms are always provided in writing before payment.

Arrival & departure. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. Greek law requires guest identification at check-in.

Occupancy & conduct. Maximum occupancy per home applies. No parties or events; no smoking indoors; pets by arrangement (Eirinaki House is pet-friendly per its listing). Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.

Liability. The Grikos homes stand directly by the sea, with steps and open water a few metres from the terraces. Swimming and use of the shore are at the guest's own risk, and children must be supervised by their parents or guardians at all times, indoors and out. The family keeps the homes safe and well maintained, but is not liable for accidents arising from ordinary use of the sea, the shore or the outdoor areas, beyond what Greek law provides. Please report any safety concern to your hosts immediately.
